The aim of this blog is to share information with the general public about topics related to the field of counseling and psychotherapy.
In the course of this dialogue with the blog community, I hope to stimulate discussion and debate around the topic of mental and behavioral health. As part of this process I intend to share information about my professional development, courses I’ve attended, articles and books I’ve read and films I’ve seen.
Views and opinions expressed on this blog are entirely the author’s own. All relevant source material will be identified and referenced.
There will be no discussion about my clients or my private life.

Comment Policy

Comments in response to this blog are encouraged and welcomed. However the author will choose to edit comments should this be required – for example if profanity appears in an otherwise legitimate response or if a page layout is disrupted due to a long web link.
In addition to this, the author reserves the right to delete comments for the following reasons:
